Ben Gleason, owner and builder
• With over 33 years of experience as a custom home builder, Ben is an expert in all aspects of residential home construction. Ben's experience starts at the drawing table as a custom home designer and extends to building homes, additions, retaining walls, barns, cabins, and tiny homes across NY State.
• 20 years of steel fabrication: Ben's experience includes working with structural steel for residential components such as engineered floor systems, columns, and railings. Additional experience includes fabrication of trailers, custom heavy equipment implements, and extreme-duty transport frames used in moving small buildings.
Certifications/Experience:
• Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, insulation, electrical, masonry and custom cabinetry.
• EPA Universal Technician Certification.
• NYS Erosion and Sediment Control Certification.
• Extensive experience in the permitting and variance process.
